The galaxy he lives in is on the brink. The Legion—a powerful military force—wants to bring law and order to the Seven Systems. They see pirates like Daemon as the last chaotic thread to cut. To them, he’s just a target. But to the reader, he’s the key to understanding the soul of this universe.

Daemon isn’t a chosen one. He doesn’t have special powers. What he does have is relentless will, self-doubt, and a moral compass that doesn’t always point in the expected direction.
